1. 酒店交通方便，停車車位較多，不足之處是周邊為建材市場，車輛往來頻繁，有噪音，但在一般人可接受範圍。
2. 有中央空調，房間設施完善，性價比很高，但是房間地毯污漬很多；床單很白，但是起靜電很厲害，夜間息燈後有一道道亮光，感覺不舒服，可能床單被套是化纖織物吧
3. 有看到酒店房間正在裝修，拆除房間地毯，部分房間已更新為瓷磚，希望床上用品減少化纖織物，未來可期
